If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14 days return policy for unused and unopened items. It is the customers responsibility to return the order to us at your expense. Please email contact@evodiaparfums.com and include your order number and your contact details and we will be happy to assist. There is no stocking fee for returns.
If you have made a mistake with your order or you have purchased the incorrect items and would like to cancel, we offer 30 minutes since time of order to cancel. If the order has been dispatched you must refuse delivery and the item will be returned back to us. Once the order has been accepted it is the customers responsibility to return the order to us at your expense. Please contact us by email at contact@evodiaparfums.com. Please include your order number and your contact details and we will be happy to assist.
Once the item/s has been sent back to us, our quality control department will assess before issuing a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Unfortunately we can not offer a refund for items that have been opened, used or tested. Only item's in their original condition and cellophane sealed where applicable will be accepted by our quality control department.
We take extra care and our quality control department ensure items are well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. However if an item is damaged upon receipt, please get in contact and we will be happy to help with the returns process and provide a returns label. Please keep all damaged items as we will require photographic evidence.
Customised items (including engraved items) are made to order upon request, the packaging is opened and due to this unfortunately can not be returned.
Gift wrapped items can be sent back for refund however, if there was service charge occurred, this can not be refunded.
