Returns Policy

If you have made a mistake with your order or you have purchased the incorrect items and would like to cancel, we offer 30 minutes since time of order to cancel. If the order has been dispatched you must refuse delivery and the item will be returned back to us. Once the order has been accepted it is the customer's responsibility to return the order to us at your expense. Please contact us using the form below before returning or email evodiaparfums@outlook.com please include your order number and your contact details and we will be happy to assist.

If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14 days return policy for unused and unopened items it is the customers responsibility to return the order to us at your expense. Please get in contact with us in the form below or email evodiaparfums@outlook.com please include your order number and your contact details and we will be happy to assist. 

Unfortunately we can not offer a refund for items that have been opened, used or tested only item's in their original condition and cellophane sealed where applicable will be accepted by our quality control department.

If the returns has been accepted we will provide instructions of how to return the product to us. Once the items have been sent back to us, our quality control department will assess before issuing a refund to the original payment method within 30 days. If the item is being returned as unwanted the condition of the product will be assessed and we reserve the right to decide if we process the return. 

We take extra care and our quality control department ensure items are well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. However if an item is damaged upon receipt, please get in contact with us below within 72 hours and we will be happy to help with the returns process and provide a returns label. Please keep all damaged items as we will require photographic evidence.

Customised items (including engraved items) are made to order upon request, the packaging is opened and due to this unfortunately can not be returned.

Gift wrapped items can be sent back for returns as normal returns policy above, however if there was a service charge occurred, this can not be refunded.

Unfortunately we do not offer refund for samples as they are made to order.
